Paypal was as I thought one of the safest websites out there.  They seemed a pretty good way to do transactions online.  Unfortunately, I found out the they are not half as good as once thought.  I have heard stories of people getting screwed and paypal not helping them.  Infact, someone I know of got scammed out of some merchandice, and when it came to protect them, paypal only covered them selves, and ran.  So if you deside to try and use paypal, be ware of their loopholes, and rules.  They are very good at covering themselves, and leaving you to fend for yourself. 

If you're scared to shop online, cause of credit card fraud... This here is paypal, and it's the best way to exchange money through the internet.  They have secure money transactions, and reinbursment for creditcard fraud.  This is the best thing to use to buy things on the net.  It's great if you want to buy things online, but are scared you may get ripped off.  This works for you, and helps you out incase you are getting scammed.  Check it out, you'll probably want an account with them.
