Paypal was as I thought one of the safest websites out there.  They seemed a pretty good way to do transactions online.  Unfortunately, I found out the they are not half as good as once thought.  I have heard stories of people getting screwed and paypal not helping them.  Infact, someone I know of got scammed out of some merchandice, and when it came to protect them, paypal only covered them selves, and ran.  So if you deside to try and use paypal, be ware of their loopholes, and rules.  They are very good at covering themselves, and leaving you to fend for yourself.

KIA Design and Tau Kappa Epsilon, Kappa Beta Colony at UTPA.
There is only 200 of them in circulation and they won't be reprinted in
